I received a call last week from Mark Bozek, producer of the upcoming movie Shoe Addicts Anonymous starring Halle Berry. The film is based on the novel of the same name Shoe Addicts Anonymous by Beth Harbison. How did I not know about this book?!
Every Tuesday night four Chicago women, all with shoe size 7 1/2, meet to obsessively trade their Manolos, Pradas, Jimmy Choos and, in the process, form relationships that help them triumph over their problems.
Was he calling to cast me as one of the four women? My shoe size is 7 1/2 after all. Alas not, but we discussed his vision of creating a reality show on the same subject. Sounds awesome, eh?
