Shoe Review: Andre Assous Sandals

Cadence Woven Rafia/Glitter Sandal (Cuero)

I’ve been mourning my summer sandals that I wore the crap out of (literally) and haven’t found a similar replacement for them. Until now, that is!

I was excited to review these super cute Cadence Woven Rafia/Glitter Sandals by Andre Assous as they reminded me of my gone-but-not-forgotten summer sandals in terms of style and platform and heel height. And I actually think I like these better!

Andre Assous Sandals

These Andre Assous sandals are also higher quality, so I hope not to wear these out!

Slip your foot into comfort and style. Made traditionally with a jute midsole, this luxurious espadrille features a hand sewn upper with glittery embellishments, and an elastic slingback for easy on and off.

  • Heel approximately 2.75″ high with 1″ platform
  • Hand Sewn leather upper with glitter embellishments
  • Square toe
  • Jute cord midsole
  • Goatskin padded footbed
  • Molded rubber outsole
  • Elastic back for fit
  • Made in Spain
  • Colors available are Cuero (the peachy tan color that I received), Midnight Navy (which looks black to me), and Silver (leather is neutral pale gray with sparkling silver glitter embellishments that looks like diamonds).
